WHAT CAN YOUR CHILD GAIN
FROM THIS PROGRAMME?
In our Readiness Adult Programme (RAP), your child can gain a multitude of valuable skills and experiences that will contribute to their personal and professional growth. Our thoughtfully curated curriculum focuses on helping students with Special Needs identify and understand their unique abilities, interests, and values.
Through engaging classroom activities, role play, and commissioned projects, we empower your child to enhance their decision-making skills, independence, functional abilities, emotional intelligence, and social skills in a context that is relevant to the working world. By participating in WRAP, your child's confidence will soar as they develop the necessary skills to navigate the challenges and opportunities they may encounter in their future endeavors.
OUR LEARNING DOMAINS
Our program is designed around the five core competencies of the CASEL framework, tailoring Social Emotional Learning (SEL) to the unique needs of individuals with special needs. Through purposeful activities, participants develop vital skills in self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, relationship building, and responsible decision-making. This domain equips individuals with essential tools to navigate emotions, enhance interpersonal interactions, and foster personal growth and well-being.
OUR LEARNING FOCUS
Strengthening foundational academic skills, tailored to individual learning styles and needs, to enhance overall competence and confidence in the workplace.
WHAT'S NEXT AFTER THIS PROGRAMME?
With proper guidance through the Readiness Adult Programme (RAP), your child will develop the necessary skills and capabilities to execute daily tasks independently and effectively. By harnessing vocational skills gained during the program, they will increase their chances of securing a job that aligns with their interests and capabilities. WRAP aims to empower participants to transition successfully into the working world, equipped with the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to thrive in their chosen field.
